1. Who we are

MerchMe is a product of Appfinity LLC. For privacy questions, email support@getmerchme.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to take an order and get it to you.

• Photos. Pictures you choose from your camera or photo library so we can print them on merch.
• Shipping details. Name, street address, city, state or region, postal code, country, email, and phone so we can quote shipping, fulfill the order, and reach you about it.
• Optional location. If you allow it, the app can use your device location only to help fill in a shipping address. You can decline and type the address yourself.
• Order details. Product, size, color, quantity, and similar choices you make in the app.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Stripe may collect the payment details needed to charge you.
• This website. Our host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to run and secure the site.

3. Why we use it

• To create your print file and place your merch order
• To charge you and send an order confirmation
• To ship to the address you give us
• To answer support requests
• To keep the app and site working and secure

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information with companies that help us run MerchMe. They may use it only to provide those services:

• Stripe. Payment processing. We do not store card numbers.
• Gelato. Our print fulfillment partner. They receive the print file and shipping address so they can print and ship your order.
• Supabase. Backend, file storage for your print image, and order records.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, or security.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order, shipping, and contact details as long as we need them to fulfill the order, handle support, and meet tax or legal duties. Print files are kept to complete the order and may be removed after fulfillment. Payment card details stay with Stripe, not with us. Website logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the site.

6. Children

MerchMe is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, email support@getmerchme.com and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to help with an account or order question. Email support@getmerchme.com. You can also decline location access and choose which photos to share. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information in transit and in storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of MerchMe or this site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
